Pan-Macedonian Association in Australia vandalized

By Ioannis Fidanakis

On Sunday December 7th the offices of the Australian Pan-Macedonian Association were broken into and vandalized. This direct attack against Macedonian Hellenism is just one in a long line of manifestations of Antihellenism. The unknown assailants remain at large, although rumors have surfaced across the internet to who may be responsible for this act of hate. Assailants destroyed doors, computers, even pictures of Alexander the Great. Authorities have begun an investigation, although the Australian media seems to be silent on this blatant act of racism against the Hellenic-Australian community.
